To make collection/ delivery effecient for our drivers
If possible please make a note with the store/ supplier that a driver from Delivermo will be picking up your item(s). We advise this so that the process is smooth for both customer and driver.
Your information
Please provide as much info/ notes about your collection/ delivery in the box "more info" when making a booking, this will make sure we can provide a smooth collection/ delivery service for you without any issues.
Collection/ pick up address & Delivery address
Please provide up to date address names and postcodes and any other notes- like front door/ garage/ vehicle colour or site directions/ name of person on site, so we can find you easily.
Have your items ready
Please be considerate in where you have your items located ready for collection- can we gain access with a trolley if item is large and heavy.
Reduce size of item
If your item is large and can be dismantled by hand this will help us load our vehicle safely and efficiently.
Bag up green waste
We can only take away bagged green waste or half filled dumpy bags for ease of service.
Cancelling/ change a booking
We hope you don't have too, but we understand things can change. If you need to cancel or want to change a booking please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to help.
Due to administration/ debit/ credit card transaction costs any refund requests will incure a small fee of £5.00. This will be deducted from your original paid amount.
